Our last project is located at 2 Munroe Lane Albany, Auckland. Its proposal provides 141 apartments over 7 levels plus two basement levels for parking. The site is well located on Munroe Lane between Davies Drive to the north and Don Mckinnon Drive to the south. A public pedestrian lane is to the west. The site therefore enjoys three road frontages and faces a lane on its fourth boundary. Nearby are many options for public transport, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Shopping at Albany town centre is six minutes’ walk away and the various local shopping opportunities on Oteha Valley Rd are a similar distance.
